Simon ensured our building was looked after. 19th C brickwork previously pointed with the wrong materials on one elevation is now restored with lime mortar. It looks very good. Simon and his team repointed the 3.5 story side wall of our Edwardian property using traditional lime mortar. Access was tricky as they had to work around cars using the lane by the side of the property to access a carpark. The team worked quickly and cleaned up each day, even power washing cars that were affected by the unavoidable dust. Great job highly recommended.

Found these lads on Google after being told the damp problems we were having in our downstairs cavity wall was due to the lack of mortar between our bricks. The work they undertook was first class! They were prompt, completed the work quickly and were conscientious enough to clean up the site when they’d finished.I would hire them again and would strongly recommend to anyone requiring pointing work.

Very pleased with how our house looks now after it was chemical cleaned and repointed in lime mortar by Unique Pointing.I think the cleaning ended up taking more work that originally estimated but the price remained the same; and it looks fantastic as a result. Even better as it's fully dried out and then weathered a bit.Our attached neighbour's house was done at the same time, now the whole building really stands out on the street.

Great company- right from the beginning when Simon came to give us a quote for our pointing work, it was evident he was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in this field of work. The guys he uses had 20 years plus experience and they have done an amazing job. Our neighbours and passers by have all commented about how good the pointing work is. We have a Victorian 4 storey terrace house and it looks incredible. We would definitely recommend the company they have done an exceptional job.

Really happy with the quality of work from the guys at Unique Pointing. All of our old pointing was ground out and replaced with lime - the house looks like it’s been completely transformed! Communication was great from initial quote through to finished job. They took care of organising the scaffolding too which was a big help. Clearly explained what type of pointing was needed, sorted everything out with the Scaffolder as I needed some loose tiles sorting out at the same time and kept us up to date with the from beginning to end. Quality of the pointing was absolutely brilliant and the house is good for another 50 years! I can't reccomend Unique Pointing highly enough. Great company to deal with and excellent value aswell.

Simon and his team just finished re-pointing the rear of our 1920’s house in lime mortar.It turned into a much bigger job than expected because the bricks above all the windows were loose where the original wooden frames had previously been replaced by UPVC. It wasn’t a problem however. They fitted new lintels and rebuilt the wall above every window, blending into the surrounding brickwork.Thank you Simon.

I have used Unique pointing twice now for my home first of all then my business after a raving recommendation from a friend.First of all I met Simon and his team when they first came to my house to assess to some work. Got to admit first impressions were excellent which is very important to me. They were on time, explained what needed doing and why and also the time scale it would take. I had another couple of companies out so I could compare quotes prior too.But due to the professionalism, friendliness, detailed explanation and also a great price I went with them straight away. Just as Simon said it would be the work was started on time and finished when they said. Not only this the work was carried out to the highest standard as well. Was so impressed by a tradesmen actually doing what they promised for a change. After the job was completed there was a thorough clean up too which also impressed me loads. The lads couldn’t have been any friendlier and was so happy with all the experience from start to finish.I also got them to do some work at one of my shops which needed a lot of work doing. Just like the first time the work was carried out to the highest standard as well.
